We know that our clients come to massage for a variety of reasons and we’re here to help with all of them. Pain reduction, stress release and relaxation are just a handful of reasons that bring our clients to the table each and every day. Our therapists each operate their individual massage practices in our healing space at Mantra Maine and offer an abundance of therapeutic modalities to help you alleviate pain, cultivate calm and release tension from your mind, body and spirit.

Winter Adams

Licensed Massage Therapist & Registered Yoga Teacher

As the Founder and Owner of Mantra Maine Massage & Yoga Studio, I enjoy sharing the gift of the healing arts with my students and clients.

My teaching and client philosophy is simple: I strive to be a gentle presence in the crazy day to day that we all experience, someone who resonates with her clients and students, who aims to bring peace, calm, relaxation and pain reduction to yoga classes and massage sessions alike. I hope to make each person that I meet feel as though they are a part of something more, giving them the compassion, light and love that they deserve throughout their daily lives. I would be honored to help you with your self-care, pain reduction and well-being goals.
In love and light,

Erica Dailey

Licensed Massage Therapist

I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in caregiving in various roles. These roles have been my passion in life for work as well as in caring for affected family members in need. I am a service-driven person and have been my whole life. I am happiest and fulfilled when I know I helped someone have a better day and have given back; especially to those who have served others as well. I have been a healthcare provider in homes and facilities, a mental health worker, a childcare attendant, and finally, most recently a Licensed Massage Therapist giving comfort, relaxation, mobility improvement, and pain relief. I possess a therapeutic and intuitive touch that can help heal injuries, the nervous system, and generate higher levels of well-being among my clients.

I am well experienced in giving confidence and support to people so that they can become as self-sufficient as possible, live as independently as they can while feeling safe, and so they can look forward to meeting their personal goals in life.

I am familiar and comfortable with assisting with adaptations and equipment for those who have experienced injuries, accidents, and diseases such as strokes, heart issues, paralysis, severe arthritis, spina bifida, MS, Parkinson’s, TBI’s, and IEDs.

I am trained and experienced in helping people who have experienced Trauma and are dealing with PTSD, Complex PTSD, and Anxiety. My focus has always been to have the person I am caring for, in whatever role I am performing, to truly enjoy their day, this moment they are in, and their life as best as they can.
This role as a Massage Therapist has been challenging and so very rewarding at the same time. I absolutely love what I do!

Thank You and come see me soon!

Susannah Allen

Licensed Massage Therapist, RYT200

After working in a traditional medical setting for over ten years, I was ready for a change.  I wanted to continue helping people, and since massage therapy was one of the best ways I managed my own chronic pain, it felt like a natural transition. I enrolled in yoga teacher training at the same time and am now part of the Yoga Alliance. I specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, and would love to help you with your own pain or stress management and relaxation goals!

We look forward to holding a session with you soon!
