Parties include a 10 minute guided meditation, and 60 minute class style of your choice, with built in savasana and can be held at your home, or at the studio.

Yoga Parties, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, with remainder due at time of service.
**Wine and local artisanal cheese can be added to your package for an additional fee, this is a lovely addition to mingle with friends after practice.
