Yoga Schedule

Mantra Maine offers a wide variety of yoga classes to meet the individual needs of our students. We pride ourselves on providing a well-rounded schedule to help you find success on your path to peace. We know your well-being needs may ebb and flow, that is why we’ve chosen a unique schedule of classes and times to best serve YOU. We believe that the best way to provide a grounded, calm and connected yoga community is through smaller more intimate class sizes.

We encourage you to make yoga a part of your daily/weekly routine. Our studio space is limited and pre-booking is strongly encouraged to secure your mat space. Pre-booked students will be guaranteed a mat space, additional mat space will be on a first come, first served basis.
